For Mixture
- Step 1 In a kadai, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and mix well.
- Step 3 Now add boiled peas, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, water and mix. Now add 2 tbsp chopped tofu and mix properly.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.

For Sheet
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt, water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 2 Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Step 3 Roll out the dough ball into a round sheet.
- Step 4 Add prepared mixture, make square pockets & seal.
- Step 5 In a kadai, heat oil for frying and deep fry squares till it turns golden brown.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
