1/2 Grated Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger
1 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Pudina
1/8 Tsp(0.24 gm) Chaat Masala
2 Chopped Tbsp(20.0 gm) Red Capsicum
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
2 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Tofu
2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Oats
2 Boiled Mashed Tbsp(33.0 gm) Sweet Potato
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • Prepare the tikki mix in a bowl by adding 2 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp boiled and mashed sweet potato, 2 tbsp grated tofu and 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum.

  • Spice up the mix with 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp chaat masala and 1 tbsp chopped pudina.

  • Mix all the ingredients together.

  • Mold it into flat round tikki

  • Heat griddle and roast the tikkis evenly with 2 tsp ghee until golden brown.

  • Flip and repeat on the other side.

  • Serve Hot.
