Tofu Oats tikki is a vegan, gluten free and diabetic friendly and a wonderful snack made in minutes with all healthy ingredients.
Prepare the tikki mix in a bowl by adding 2 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp boiled and mashed sweet potato, 2 tbsp grated tofu and 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum.
Spice up the mix with 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp chaat masala and 1 tbsp chopped pudina.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Mold it into flat round tikki
Heat griddle and roast the tikkis evenly with 2 tsp ghee until golden brown.
Flip and repeat on the other side.
