- Step 1
In a bowl add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and 1/8 tsp salt.

Mix all ingredients well and set aside.
- Step 3
On a plate arrange tortilla chips, layer with vegetable mix, grated tofu and sprinkle 1/4 tsp mixed herbs
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped olives
- Step 5
Serve Tofu Nachos
