- Step 1 In a bowl, combine 1 tsp peanut butter, 1/2 tsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Add a little water and mix well until it forms a smooth paste.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup diced tofu, 2 mushrooms, 1/8 cup of each diced green capsicum, diced red capsicum and diced onions
- Step 4 Toss everything gently to coat evenly and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Step 5 In a skewer thread the marinated tofu, mushroom, capsicum, and onion alternately onto the skewers.
- Step 6 Heat 3/4 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and place the skewers
- Step 7 Cook for 23 minutes on each side, flipping gently until the tofu is golden brown and the vegetables are slightly charred.
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 9 Enjoy it warm as a snack or appetizer!
