- Step 1
In a bowl add prepared onion puree,1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp brown sugar,1/4 tsp peanut butter,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp chopped lemongrass,1/4 cup diced tofu and mix it well.
- Step 2
Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a griller pan.
- Step 3
Insert a marinated tofu, 2 cubes green capsicum, 2 cubes red capsicum, 2 small mushroom into skewers alternately.
- Step 4
Grill it in the heated oil and let it cook well.
- Step 5
Serve hot with noodles/rice or as it is as a snack.
