1 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup(125.0 ml) Water
1/2 Powder Cup(72.0 gm) Sugar
1/2 Grated Cup(50.0 gm) Tofu
1 Cup(208.0 ml) Soy Milk
  • In a pan, add 1 cup soy milk and cook until milk reduced to half.

  • Now, add 1/4th cup powdered sugar and mix well.

  • In another vessel, add water, 1/4th cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder and mix well.

  • Bring this to a boil and reduce to half, sugar syrup is ready.

  • Add 1/2 cup grated tofu, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder , knead until soft, make small tofu balls.

  • Add these tofu balls in sugar syrup and let it sit for 20 minutes.

  • Drain the tofu balls, and add tofu balls in thickened soy milk.

  • Serve hot.
