This vegan Chocolate rasmalai is a crowd pleaser. Its delicious, loaded with protein and extremely easy.
In a pan, add 1 cup soy milk and cook until milk reduced to half.
Now, add 1/4th cup powdered sugar and mix well.
In another vessel, add water, 1/4th cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder and mix well.
Bring this to a boil and reduce to half, sugar syrup is ready.
Add 1/2 cup grated tofu, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder , knead until soft, make small tofu balls.
Add these tofu balls in sugar syrup and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Drain the tofu balls, and add tofu balls in thickened soy milk.
