- Step 1 In a pan, add 1 cup soy milk and cook until milk reduces to half.
- Step 2 Now, add 1/4 cup powdered sugar and mix well.
- Step 3 In another vessel, add water, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder and mix well.
- Step 4 Bring this to a boil and reduce to half, cocoa sugar syrup is ready.
- Step 5 In a bowl add 1/2 cup grated tofu, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder , knead until soft and make small tofu balls.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 7 Add these tofu balls in cocoa syrup and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Step 8 Drain the tofu balls, and add in thickened soy milk.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
