1/2 Diced Cup(37.0 gm) Chickoo
1/2 Cup(104.0 ml) Soy Milk
2 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Tofu
1 Tsp(11.0 gm) Honey
  • In a blender add 1/2 cup soy milk, 2 tbsp grated tofu, 1/4 cup diced chickoo, 1 tsp honey. Blend it till smooth.

  • Pour smoothie in a glass .

  • Serve Chilled.
