Tofu beans square gives a good amount of complex carbohydrate, protein and fibre. Rajma present in it is a source of magnesium also Tofu is a rich source of dairy free protein.
In a kadai, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilly paste and mix well.
Now add boiled rajma, boiled matki, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, water and mix. Now add 2 tbsp chopped tofu and mix properly.
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8th tsp salt, water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
Set aside for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough ball using rolling pin.
Add prepared mixture, make square pockets & seal.
In a kadai, heat oil for frying and deep fry squares till it turns golden brown.
