- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour,1 tbsp mashed plantain stem, 2 tbsp
- Step 2 grated tofu.
- Step 3 Then, add 1/8 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 dry mango powder, and 1/4 tsp jeera.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Add sufficient water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 6 Roll the dough ball into a paratha using a rolling pin.
- Step 7 Roast both sides of the paratha thoroughly on a heated tawa, with 1.5 tsp
- Step 8 ghee.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
