Tofu Bajra Momos is a delectable healthy recipe that is made using bajra and stuffed with savoury tofu mixture, making it an ideal starter/appetizer for children. This recipe is rich in protein, fiber and other essential nutrients.

For Tofu Mixture
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 cup grated tofu and sauté it well.
Add 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp red chilly sauce,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix well and cook.
In a kadhai, add water and bring it to boil.
Add 1/4 cup bajra flour and mix it well.
Transfer in a mixing bowl. Add water as required and knead into the dough. Roll out on a rolling pin.
Cut into small circles and add the tofu mixture and seal.
In a steamer, put the momo on a plate. Cover and steam till done.
