Tofu Bajra Momos is a delectable healthy recipe that is made using bajra and stuffed with savoury tofu mixture, making it an ideal starter/appetizer for children. This recipe is rich in protein, fiber and other essential nutrients.

For Tofu Mixture
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp chopped garlic,1/4th tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4th cup grated tofu and saute it well.
Add 1/8th tsp Salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp soya sauce,1/4th tsp red chilly sauce,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix well and cook.
In a kadhai add water ,1/8th tsp salt and bring to a boil.
Add into the 1/4th cup bajra flour and mix it well.
Transfer in a mixing bowl add into the water as required and knead into the dough.Roll out on a rolling pin.
Cut into small circles and add the tofu mixture to Seal.
In a steamer, put the momo on a plate. Cover & steam till done.
