Tofu Angoori Saffron Rasgulla Recipe

Tofu Rasgulla is a syrupy dessert suitable for lactose intolerants as well as vegans as it is made of tofu. Its also rich in protein and calcium. These luscious rasgullas are spongy and soft in texture.

1/2 Grated Cup(50.0 gm) Tofu
5 Strand(0.5 gm) Kesar
2 Powder Tbsp(33.0 gm) Sugar
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • In a blender, 1/2 cup grated tofu and blend well.

  • Add 5 kesar strands and make small balls.

  • In another vessel, add water, 3 tbsp powder sugar and bring it to a boli.

  • Now, add tofu balls and boil for 5 minutes.

  • Chill before serving.
