Toasted Paneer Salad Recipe

The combination of paneer and peppers gives this recipe an extra boost of antioxidants and protein and making it a great appetizer.

1/8 Cup(14.0 gm) Green Capsicum(Diced)

1/8 Cup(16.0 gm) Red Capsicum(Diced)

1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper(Powder)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

  • In a pan, heat 1.5 tsp butter, add 4 paneer cubes, 1/8th cup diced green capsicum, 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1/8th cup chopped pineapple, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt and saute well.
