0.13 Diced Cup(14.0 gm) Green Capsicum

0.13 Diced Cup(16.0 gm) Red Capsicum

0.13 Diced Cup(19.0 gm) Pineapple

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2.0 Tsp(6.0 gm) Butter
In a pan, heat 1.5 tsp butter, add 4 paneer cubes, 1/8th cup diced green capsicum, 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1/8th cup chopped pineapple, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt and saute well.
