30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1/4 Julienne Cup(29.0 gm) Onion
2 Number(50.0 gm) Chicken Sausage
1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/2 Egg Whole(23.0 gm) Egg
1/4 Cup(51.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
  • For Chicken Sausages

    In a pan heat 1/4th tsp oil and place 2 number chicken sausages.

  • Roast it till brown in color.

  • For Onion Gravy

    In a Pan heat 1 tsp oil add into the 1/4th cup onion and caramelized it.

  • Add water as required,1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt ,mix and cook it well.

  • For Batter

    In a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 number egg,1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk, and whisk it well.

  • Take a baking tray and place it into the 2 number roasted chicken sausages, pour batter mixture.

  • Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.

  • Pour onion gravy on top and serve.
