  • Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan.

  • Add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi and saute.

  • Add 1/2 cup diced tindli, 1/4th cup potatoes and a little water. Mix.

  • Now add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp salt and give it a mix.

  • Serve hot with rotis.
