Til roti with ghee is a very simple and nutritious variation to the simple roti for your kids filled with protein, iron and fiber.
In a mixing bowl, take 1/4th cup wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp white til, 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
Pouring in a little water, knead it into a soft dough.
Rolling it into a ball form, coat it very lightly with whole wheat flour. Flatten and make it in a circular roti shape using a rolling pin.
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the roti on it.
Apply 1 tsp ghee on the roti and serve hot.
