Til Rice Recipe

Sesame rice is an easy and delicious rice. Both white sesame seeds or black sesame seeds can be used. Sesame seeds are a good source of energy due to the high fat content. They contain healthy fats , fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus that helps boost energy levels.

Nutritional info

3 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Rice
2 Tsp(6.0 gm) White Til
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
As Required(250.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreparation,

  • Cook 3 tbsp rice and keep aside.

  • For the rice,

  • In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp ghee.

  • Add 2 tsp white til and saute well.

  • Then add the cooked rice, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Serve hot.
