Sesame rice is an easy and delicious rice. Both white sesame seeds or black sesame seeds can be used. Sesame seeds are a good source of energy due to the high fat content. They contain healthy fats , fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus that helps boost energy levels.
Cook 3 tbsp rice and keep aside.
For the rice,
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp ghee.
Add 2 tsp white til and saute well.
Then add the cooked rice, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
