In a mixing bowl, take 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp hing, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tsp til and 1/4th tsp grated ginger.
Mix well using your hand, add palak puree and knead it into a soft dough.
Rolling it in a ball, coat them very lightly with wheat flour, flatten them and make it in a circular roti shape using a rolling pin.
Add 2 tsp oil and roast from both sides.
Serve hot with ketchup.
