Til Ladoo Recipe

Til ladoos are the traditional Indian sweet balls made out of sesame seeds and jaggery. They contain healthy fats like polyunsaturated fatty acids and Omega-6. They also contain fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus that helps boost energy levels.

1/2 Cup(83.0 gm) White Til
2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Dry Coconut (Grated)
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)
2 Tbsp(36.0 gm) Jaggery (Chopped)
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peanuts
  • Prepreparation

    Grind 1 tbsp roasted groundnuts into powder.

  • In a kadai, 1/2 cup white til.

  • Roast it well.

  • Add powdered 1 tbsp groundnuts.

  • Mix it well and remove it into a bowl.

  • In a pan, add 2 tsp dry coconut.

  • Roast it well, remove and add it into the bowl.

  • Heat a kadai, add 2 tbsp chopped jaggery, add 2 tsp ghee.

  • Cook until the jaggery melts.

  • Remove it from the heat and pour it into the bowl.

  • Mix all these together in the bowl.

  • Add 1/2 tsp green elaichi powder.

  • Mix it well.

  • Make ladoos out of it and serve.
