- Step 1 Soak, blend and ferment overnight 3 tbsp rice and 3 tsp urad dal
- Step 2 In the batter, add 1 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tsp sesame seeds and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot.
- Step 4 Heat idli stand, add water into it. Grease tray with 1 tsp oil, pour batter into tray, keep tray in idli stand, cover with lid. Cook it for 7 minutes on medium flame.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
