1/4 Powder Cup(42.0 gm) Jaggery
  • For Syrup

    In a pan add 1/4th cup jaggery powder, water as required , mix and bring to a boil. Keep aside.

  • For Thekua

    In a bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour,1/8th cup grated dry coconut,1/4th tsp saunf,1/8th tsp green elaichi powder,1/2 tbsp ghee, jaggery syrup, water as required and combine all together.

  • Take a small portion and shape like a leaf using a back of a fork.

  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry thekua till golden.

  • Serve.
