A Maharashtrian delicacy that is made with combination of nutritious flours, kneaded, rolled and made in just few minutes. Sneak in your choice of grated veggies adding it a nice color and taste too. Thalipeeth makes up for a fulfilling snack box for your little ones.
In a bowl add 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,
1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt and water.
Mix all ingredients well and knead into a dough.
Pat on dough and roll it.
Heat tawa, add 1 tsp oil and roast the thalipeeth on both sides.
Serve warm with mint coriander chutney.
