- Step 1 In a bowl add 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp besan and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4 Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 5 Take a banana leaf, apply 1/2 tsp oil, take a dough and flatten it to a round shape
- Step 6 Heat a tawa, place the thalipeeth and roast on both sides evenly using oil
- Step 7 Serve warm with mint coriander chutney.
