Thalipeeth With Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe

1/8 Cup(6.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/8 Cup(2.0 gm) Pudina(Chopped)

  • In a bowl add 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,

  • 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt and water.

  • Mix all ingredients well and knead into a dough.

  • Pat on dough and roll it.

  • Heat tawa, add 1 tsp oil and roast the thalipeeth on both sides.

  • Serve warm with mint coriander chutney.
