1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

  • In a bowl add 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,

  • 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt and water.

  • Mix all ingredients well and knead into a dough.

  • Pat on dough and roll it.

  • Heat tawa, add 1 tsp oil and roast the thalipeeth on both sides.

  • Serve warm with curd.
