In a bowl add 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1.5 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and water.
Mix all ingredients well and knead into a dough.
Pat on dough and roll it.
Heat tawa, add 1.5 tsp oil and roast the thalipeeth on both sides.
Serve warm with Nestlé A+ Curd.
