Thalipeeth With Curd Recipe

1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Bajra (Flour)
1.0 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Besan
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(5.0 ml) Oil
17.0 Ml(17.0 ml) Water
1.0 Small Bowl(96.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
  • In a bowl add 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1.5 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and water.

  • Mix all ingredients well and knead into a dough.

  • Pat on dough and roll it.

  • Heat tawa, add 1.5 tsp oil and roast the thalipeeth on both sides.

  • Serve warm with Nestlé A+ Curd.
