- Step 1
In a bowl add 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp coconut milk, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/8 salt and mix well.
- Step 2
Spread peanut butter mix on the pizza bread base.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 cup julienne red capsicum, 1/4 cup blanched julienne baby corn.
- Step 4
Sprinkle 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and add 4 basil leaves.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 6
Heat pan and brush it with 1 tsp olive oil.
- Step 7
Place the pizza.
- Step 8
Cover and cook till the base is crisp and cheese melts.
- Step 9
Cut into equal slices
- Step 10
Serve Hot.
