1/2 Powder Tbsp(6.0 gm) Sugar
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Cabbage
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Cup(17.0 ml) Coconut Milk
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1/4 Chopped Cup(11.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(1.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1.5 Number(2.0 gm) Green Chilli
1 Slice(6.0 gm) Ginger
1 Number(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/2 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Dhania Seeds
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
2 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Corn Flour
1/2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Maida
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/8 Grated Cup(17.0 gm) Carrot
1/8 Chopped Cup(12.0 gm) Cabbage
  • For Manchurian Balls

    In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup chopped cabbage,1/8th cup grated carrot,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4th tsp green chili paste,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 tbsp refined flour,2 tbsp cornflour and mix it well.

  • Make small round balls and deep fr in heated oil till brown in color.

  • For Manchurian Gravy

    In a pan heat, 1/2 tsp oil add 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped green capsicum,1 tbsp chopped cabbage and saute it well.

  • Add into the prepared paste,1/8th cup coconut milk , mix and cook it well.

  • Add into the fried Manchurian balls, mix and serve hot.
