- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil, add 1/2 tbsp grated garlic,1/2 tbsp chopped jalapeno and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 50gm diced chicken,1/2 cup diced pumpkin, water as required, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tbsp sugar,1/8 tbsp soya sauce,1/4 tbsp oyster sauce, basil leaves, mix and cook for a few minutes.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
