40 Gm(40.0 gm) Shrimp
1/8 Number(3.0 gm) Egg Yolk
2.0 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Oats
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) French Beans
1 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Basil Leaves
3 Gram(3.0 gm) Lime Leaves
1/2 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Red Thai Curry Paste
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.35 gm) Jaggery
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
In a mixing bowl add 40 gm shrimp,1/8th no egg yolk,1/4th tsp jaggery powder,1/4th tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1/2 tbsp red thai curry paste, 1 tsp chopped basil leaves,3 gm chopped leech lime leaves, crushed oats and mix it well.
Make small round shape cakes like patties.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry cakes till golden brown in color.
Serve hot.
