40 Gm(40.0 gm) Shrimp
1.5 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
1/2 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Red Thai Curry Paste
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Number(3.0 gm) Egg Yolk
1/8 Tsp(0.53 gm) Sugar
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) French Beans
1 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Basil Leaves
3 Gram(3.0 gm) Lime Leaves
1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
  • In a mixing bowl add 40 gm shrimp ,1/8th no egg yolk,1/4th tsp sugar,1/4th tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1/2 tbsp red thai curry paste, 1 tsp chopped basil leaves,3 gm chopped leech lime leaves,1/5 tbsp bread crumb and mix it well.

  • Make small round shape cakes like patties.

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry cakes till golden brown in color.

  • Serve hot.
