Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl add 40 gm shrimp,1/8th no egg yolk,1/4th tsp jaggery powder,1/4th tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1/2 tbsp red thai curry paste, 1 tsp chopped basil leaves,3 gm chopped leech lime leaves, crushed oats and mix it well
- Step 2 Make small round shape cakes like patties
- Step 3 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry cakes till golden brown in color
- Step 4 Serve hot
