- Step 1 Powder 1.5 Tbsp oats and keep aside.
- Step 2 In a grinder add 6 prawns, 1/2 an egg yolk, 1/4 tsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp salt and grind it in a smooth paste.
- Step 3 Transfer the prawns mixture in a bowl, add 1 tbsp finely chopped french beans, 1/2 tbsp red thai curry paste, 1 tsp chopped basil leaves, 3g chopped lime leaves, oats powder and mix it well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 5 Make small round shape cake like patties.
- Step 6 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry cakes till golden brown in color.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
