1/4 Minced Cup(63.0 gm) Mutton
4 Number(73.0 gm) Lettuce
1/2 Tbsp(4.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Grated Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/4 Tsp(1.0 ml) Vietnamese Style Fish Sauce
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Peanuts
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Brown Sugar
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Thai Chili Sauce
  • In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil add into the 1/8th cup chopped onion,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/2 tsp grated ginger and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/4th cup minced mutton,1/4th tsp fish sauce,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/4th tsp red chili flakes,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1/2 tbsp brown sugar,1/8th tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix and cook it well.

  • Place 4 no.lettuce on a plate then add on top of the lettuce chicken mixture, crushed groundnuts,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,2 tsp chili sauce.

  • Serve
