Steps
- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil, add 1/8 cup chopped onion,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/2 tsp grated ginger and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup chopped mushroom,1/4 tsp fish sauce,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp red chili flakes,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1/2 tbsp brown sugar,1/8 tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3
Place 4 no. lettuce on a plate then add on top the lettuce mushroom mixture, 1 tsp crushed groundnuts,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and drizzle 2 tsp Thai chili sauce.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
