Thai Massaman Paneer Curry is a flavourful paneer dish prepared using paneer cooked with massaman curry paste, coconut Nestlé A+ Milk and tangy soya sauce, giving a perfect blend of distinct flavours. It can be paired with rotis or rice for an amazing lunch or dinner.

30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1.25 Tbsp(19.0 ml) Coconut Milk
1 Diced Tbsp(10.0 gm) Onion
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
10 Gram(10.0 gm) Galangal

1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Garlic

1/8 Diced Cup(15.0 gm) Onion
2 Number(2.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.25 gm) Cloves
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Nutmeg
1/3 Tsp(0.75 gm) Cinnamon

  • For Massaman Curry Paste

    In a grinder add roasted coriander seeds, roasted cumin seeds,1/8th tsp white peppercorn,1/3rd tsp cinnamon powder,1/8th tsp nutmeg powder,1/8th tsp green cardmom powder,1/8th tsp cloves powder,2 number dry red chilly and grind it in a fine powder.

  • Add into the 1/8th cup diced onion,2 tbsp chopped lemongrass,1 tbsp chopped garlic,2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,10 gm chopped galangal and grind it in a smooth paste.

  • For Paneer Curry

    Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add into the 1 tbsp diced onion and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1 tsp prepared massaman curry paste,1.25 tbsp coconut milk,1/4th cup cube paneer, water as required,1/2 tsp soya sauce, mix and cook it well.

  • Garnish with 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
