Thai Lemongrass Soup Recipe

1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger
3 Chopped Tbsp(36.0 gm) Cherry Tomato
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Cup(125.0 ml) Water
1 Chopped Tbsp(7.0 gm) Lemon Grass
  • Add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass and saute well.

  • Add water, 3 tbsp chopped cherry tomato, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp lemon juice and let it simmer.

  • Serve hot.
