Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with water, add 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass and bring it to a boil
- Step 2
Strain the water and set aside
- Step 3
Heat another pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 3 tbsp chopped cherry tomato and saute until soft.
- Step 4
Pour lemongrass water and season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot
- Step 6
Simmer all ingredients and add 1 tsp lemon juice
- Step 7
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 8
Serve hot.
