- Step 1 In a bowl add 3 florets broccoli,1/8 cup diced baby corn, 2 cubes of red capsicum, 2 cubes of yellow capsicum,1/2 tsp oyster sauce,1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped lemongrass, 1 tbsp corn flour, water as required, and mix it well.
- Step 2 In a kadhai heat 2 tbsp oil and deep fry the marinated veggies.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
