- Step 1 Finely chop 3 cubes of capsicum.
- Step 2 In a bowl add capsicum,6 small button mushroom, 1/2 tsp oyster sauce,1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped lemongrass,1 tbsp corn flour, a splash of water, and mix it well.
- Step 3 In a kadhai heat oil and deep fry the marinated mixture.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by squeezing lemon juice.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
