Thai Green Rice Recipe

50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Coconut Milk
1/8 Chopped Tbsp(0.93 gm) Green Chilli
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Basil Leaves
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(0.95 gm) Pudina
1 Chopped Tbsp(14.0 gm) Lemon Grass
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Number(0.3 gm) Bay Leaf
1/4 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1/3 Cup(26.0 gm) Basmati Rice
  • Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan add into the 1 number bay leaf, soaked basmati rice, and saute it well.

  • Add into the water, 1/4 tsp salt, lemongrass potli, mix, and cook it well. Remove potli from rice.

  • Add into the 1/2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/2 tbsp chopped basil leaves, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 tbsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp coconut milk and mix it well.

  • Cover with a lid and cook it nicely on low flame.

  • Serve hot.
