- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1 bay leaf, soaked basmati rice and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add water as required, 1/4 tsp salt, lemongrass potli made by tying 2 tbsp chopped lemon grass in a white cloth, mix and cook it well. Boil for 5 minutes and then remove potli from rice.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/2 tbsp chopped basil leaves, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 tbsp chopped green chili, 1 tbsp coconut milk and mix it well.
- Step 4 Cover with a lid and cook it nicely on low flame.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
