This recipe gives you a perfect taste of thai cuisine. A delicacy filled with vegetables makes it more healthier than its alternatives.
For Thai Fried Rice
In a kadai, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger and saute it well.
Add 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1/4th cup julienne violet cabbage, boiled broccoli, 1 tsp lemon juice and saute it well.
Add 1/4th tsp salt, 6 basil leaves and the cooked rice.
Mix it well.
For Green Thai Curry
In a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th cup diced zucchini, 1/4th cup diced red bell peppers, 1/4th cup diced yellow bell peppers, 1/4th cup diced mushroom, boiled broccoli, 5 basil leaves and saute it well.
Add 1/4th tsp salt, the green thai paste and mix well.
Add enough water.
Pour in 1 tbsp coconut milk and mix it well.
Let it simmer for a while.
Serve the thai fried rice with veg thai curry.
