1/2 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Coconut Milk

25.0 Ml(25.0 ml) Water
  • For Thai Fried Rice

    In a kadai, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger and saute it well.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1/4th cup julienne violet cabbage, boiled broccoli, 1 tsp lemon juice and saute it well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt, 6 basil leaves and the cooked rice.

  • Mix it well.

  • For Green Thai Curry

    In a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th cup diced zucchini, 1/4th cup diced red bell peppers, 1/4th cup diced yellow bell peppers, 1/4th cup diced mushroom, boiled broccoli, 5 basil leaves and saute it well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt, the green thai paste and mix well.

  • Add enough water.

  • Pour in 1 tbsp coconut milk and mix it well.

  • Let it simmer for a while.

  • Serve the thai fried rice with veg thai curry.
