- Step 1 In a grinder add 45g catfish,1/8 of an egg yolk,1/8 tsp sugar,1/4 tsp salt and grind it in a smooth paste.
- Step 2 Transfer fish mixture in a bowl, add 1 tbsp chopped french beans,1/2 tbsp red thai curry paste,1 tsp chopped basil leaves,3g chopped lime leaves and mix it well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 4 Make small round shape cakes like patties.
- Step 5 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry cakes till golden brown in color.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
