- Step 1 Coarsely grind 3 tbsp oats and keep aside.
- Step 2 In a grinder add 1/4 cup boiled corn,1/4 tbsp red Thai curry paste, 3g leech lime leaves and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, and grind it in a smooth paste.
- Step 3 Transfer corn mixture to a bowl add 1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp rice flour,1/4 cup boiled mashed potato,1 tsp sesame seeds, half of the oats and combine all together.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding ginger.
- Step 5 Make round patties and heat 2 tsp oil in a nonstick pan.
- Step 6 Coat patties with remaining crushed oats and shallow fry it till golden brown in color.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
