- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup rice flour, 2 tbsp powder sugar, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 3 tbsp coconut milk and mix until smooth.
- Step 2 Add a little water to adjust the consistency
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp baking powder and mix gently
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by chia seeds
- Step 5 Heat waffle iron and brush with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 6 Pour the batter and spread evenly.
- Step 7 Close waffle iron and cook until golden brown from both sides
- Step 8 Serve waffles hot with desired toppings
