- Step 1 In a grinder, add 1/8 cup minced chicken, 1/8 egg yolk, 1/8 tsp sugar, salt as per taste and grind into a smooth paste.
- Step 2 Transfer it to a bowl, add 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1/2 tbsp red thai curry paste, 1 tsp chopped basil leaves, 3 g chopped lime leaves and mix everything well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice.
- Step 4 Make small round shape patties.
- Step 5 Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry patties till golden brown in color.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
