For Fried Chicken Lollipop
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl add 2 no. chicken legs,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tbsp red chili sauce,1 tsp chopped spring onion, 1/4 no. egg,1/2 tbsp refined flour,1/2 tsp corn flour and mix it well.
- Step 2 Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfry chicken lollipops till golden brown in color.

For Thai Gravy
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil,1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/4 tsp grated ginger and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add into the 1/2 tbsp red that curry paste,1/4 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp red chili sauce,2 carrot slices, water as required, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3 Add into the 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, corn flour slurry,2 cubes capsicum,1 tbsp diced onion, fried lollipop and mix it well.
- Step 4 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and serve hot.
