1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Corn Flour
1/2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Maida
1/4 Egg Whole(11.0 gm) Egg
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/2 Tbsp(10.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Black Pepper

  • For Fried Chicken Lollipop

    In a mixing bowl add 2 number chicken legs,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tbsp red chili sauce,1/4th tsp soya sauce,1/4th number egg,1/2 tbsp refined flour,1/2 tsp cornflour and mix it well.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfry chicken lollipops till golden brown in color.

  • For Thai Gravy

    In a pan heat 1/4th tsp oil,1/4th tsp garlic paste,1/4th tsp grated ginger and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/2 tbsp red that curry paste,1/4th tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp red chili sauce,2 sliced carrots,water as required , mix and cook it well.

  • Add into the 1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp black pepper powder, cornflour slurry,2 cubes capsicum,1 tbsp diced onion, fried lollipop and mix it well.

  • Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and serve hot.
