2 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cheese
1/4 Boiled Cup(44.0 gm) Sweet Corn
3 Gram(3.0 gm) Lime Leaves
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Boiled Mashed Cup(55.0 gm) Potato
1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) White Til
1/8 Cup(14.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Corn Flour
1/4 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Red Thai Curry Paste
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Corn Flour
  • In a grinder add 1/4th cup boiled corn,1/4th tbsp red that curry paste,3 gm leech lime leaves,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, and grind it in a smooth paste.

  • Transfer corn mixture in a bowl add into the 1/4th tsp salt,1/2 tsp cornflour,1/4th cup boiled mashed potato,2 tbsp grated cheese,1 tsp sesame seeds,1/4th cup bread crumb and combine all together.

  • Make allround patties and heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

  • Coat patties with 1 tbsp cornflour and shallow fry it till golden brown in color.

  • Serve hot.
