1/4 Boiled Cup(44.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1/4 Cup(19.0 gm) Soya Granules
1/4 Boiled Mashed Cup(55.0 gm) Potato
3.0 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Oats
2 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cheese
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Red Thai Curry Paste
3 Gram(3.0 gm) Lime Leaves
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
  • In a grinder add 1/4th cup boiled corn, boiled soya granules, 1/4th tbsp red Thai curry paste,3 gm leech lime leaves, and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, and grind it in a smooth paste.

  • Transfer the cornsoya mixture to a bowl add the 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th cup boiled mashed potato, 2 tbsp grated cheese, and half of the crushed oats and combine them all together.

  • Make allaround patties and heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

  • Coat patties with remaining crushed oats and shallow fry until golden brown.

  • Serve hot.
