Steps
- Step 1 In a grinder add 1/4th cup boiled corn, boiled soya granules, 1/4th tbsp red Thai curry paste,3 gm leech lime leaves, and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, and grind it in a smooth paste
- Step 2 Transfer the cornsoya mixture to a bowl add the 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th cup boiled mashed potato, 2 tbsp grated cheese, and half of the crushed oats and combine them all together
- Step 3 Make allaround patties and heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
- Step 4 Coat patties with remaining crushed oats and shallow fry until golden brown
- Step 5 Serve hot
