- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 2 tbsp oil, add 2 bay leaf, 4 cloves, 4 black pepper corns, 1/2 tsp jeera, 4 green elaichi, 1/2 tsp chopped red chili and saute
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp chopped green chili, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped cauliflower and 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 3 Cover the pan and cook until vegetables are soft
- Step 4 Add cooked rice and mix everything
- Step 5 Cover the pan and cook for a minute
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped almonds
- Step 7 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd.
