This recipe is a simple and full of flavour. There are so many variations of this recipe but this one is a sizzling spicy dry fried chicken. this recipe is a High protein and low fat recipe.............This can be enjoy with chapatti, or naan as well....!!!
Take a wide tava and heat 1 tsp oil.
To that add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 75 gm chicken pieces and saute
After the chicken is well roasted, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp garam masala powder, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes and mix well.
Once mixed, add 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and stir.
Cover and allow it to cook.
