Improving the nutritional content of regular potato chips, substituting potato with tapioca is an option. Sliced tapioca seasoned with salt and a crisp fun snack is ready to be served.
Boil the tapioca, make slices of it and keep aside.
In a heated pan, add oil for frying and put the sliced tapioca into it.
Fry it till crisp and sprinkle 1/4th tsp of salt in it.
Toss it well and tasty tapioca chips are ready to serve.
