- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/2 cup hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp grated garlic, and 1/2 cup squeezed grated cucumber.
- Step 2
Mix everything together and rest it for 5 minutes.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp chopped Mint Leaves, 1/2 tbsp chopped dill leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tbsp chopped dill leaves and mix well.
- Step 4
For tandoori effect
Put a piece of burnt charcoal in the middle of tzatziki.
- Step 5
Add 1 tsp butter on top of it and cover the vessel.
- Step 6
Once the smoke settles, remove the charcoal and mix it well.
- Step 7
Tzatziki dip is ready to be served.
