  • For Tuna Mixture

    In a pan,add 1/4th tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1/8th tsp Salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chopped coriander and mix well.

  • Add 1/8th tsp haldi,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, and 30 gm shredded tuna.

  • Now saute all the ingredients well then add water and cover and cook it well.

  • For Tandoori Masala

    In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1/8 tsp cumin powder,1/4th tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/2 tsp garam masala and mix it well.

  • For Wrap

    In 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8th tsp salt

  • and Water. knead into dough. Roll out on a rolling pin.

  • Cut into small circles and add the tuna mixture to Seal.

  • In a steamer, put the momo on a plate. Cover & steam till done.

  • Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and coat steamed momos with tandoori masala.

  • Roast till brown in color and serve.
