For Egg Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp haldi,1 tsp chopped spring onion and 1.5 no. egg then stir it well. Cook the bhurji.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding bell peppers.

For Tandoori Masala
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1/8 tsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp red chili powder,1/2 tsp garam masala and mix it well.

For Wrap
- Step 1 In 4 tbsp wheat flour, add 1/8 tsp salt and water as required. Knead into a dough. Roll out into a sheet.
- Step 2 Cut small circles using a cutter and add the egg mixture in the center. Pinch and seal the edges to give a momo shape.
- Step 3 In a steamer, put the momos on a plate. Cover & steam till done.
- Step 4 Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan and add the tandoori masala, coat steamed momos with the masala.
- Step 5 Roast till brown in color and serve.
