100 Gm(100.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
  • In a bowl add 1 tsp mustard oil,1/2 tbsp red chilly powder,1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd,1 tsp besan,1/4th tsp dhania powder,1/8th tsp black salt,1/4th tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp garam masala,1/8th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp kasuri methi,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4th tsp salt and whisk well all ingredients.

  • Add marinated chicken and nicely coat them.

  • In a kadai heat oil then take a chicken cube and coat in refined flour then dip in egg and coat in the bread crumb.

  • Add chicken cube in heated oil and deep fry them until they are crispy.

  • Serve hot.
