  • In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add marinated chicken and saute it well then add little water and cook them on slow flame.

  • In a bowl add mashed potato,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4th tsp red chilly flakes,1/4th tsp cornflour,1/4th tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, cooked shredded chicken and mix nicely.

  • Shape a patty from the mashed mix.

  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Dip Patty in egg then coats them patty with 2 tbsp bread crumbs and shallow fry until it turns golden brown.

  • Flip the patty and repeat it.

  • Tandoori chicken patty is ready to serve.
