For Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chili paste,1/8 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp haldi,1 tsp chopped spring onion, and 1/4 cup minced chicken.
- Step 3 Now saute all the ingredients well then add water and cover and cook it well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.

For Tandoori Masala
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1/8 tsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp dhania powder,1/2 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp garam masala and mix it well.

For Wrap
- Step 1 In 3 tbsp wheat flour add water as required. Knead into a dough. Roll out into a round sheet.
- Step 2 Cut small circles and add the mixture in the center. Pinch and seal the edge into a mom shape.
- Step 3 In a steamer, put the momos on a plate. Cover & steam till done.
- Step 4 Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a nonstick pan, add the tandoori masala and coat steamed momos with the masala.
- Step 5 Roast till brown in color and serve.
