Steps
- Step 1
In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped carrot and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp chana dal & mix well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black udad dal.
- Step 4
Add 2 tbsp basmati rice that has been cooked and 1/4 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp. Mix well.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
