A tangy rice dish made with channa and urad dals, infused with the flavor of tamarind pulp and lots of vegetables makes this recipe high in fiber, vitamins and minerals.
In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped carrot
and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp Chopped tomato, black urad dal, 1 tsp chana dal & Mix Well
Add 2 tbsp Cooked basmati rice and 1/4th tsp salt & 1/2 tsp tamrind.
